(1) Each Council shall hold biannual public meetings at a time approved by the Minister to apprise constituents of the progress and agenda of the Council.
(2) A recommendation made at a public meeting conducted under subsection (1) shall be forwarded to the Minister.
(3) A Member of the House of Assembly for a Constituency must be given at least 7 days written notice of a public meeting and may, if he or she so wishes make an address at a public meeting.
