Without prejudice to the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority Act, the Board is responsible for —
(a) issuing a collector's certificate;
(b) assigning a collector to a class;
(c) reviewing the class to which a collector is assigned under section 11;
(d) receiving the tourism levy remitted under section 20.
