(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, by Order published in the Gazette, amend Schedule 1 or Schedule 2.
(2) An Order made under subsection (1) to amend Schedule 1 is subject to an affirmative resolution of Parliament.
