50. Savings

Any subordinate legislation made under the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Act, 1971, the Housing Act, 1966 and the Slum Clearance and Housing Act, 1945 in force immediately before the coming into force of this Act, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force as if made under this Act.
