East : by Parcel 1453B 998
West : by a 9.14 metre proposed access
The whole containing 25,312 sq ft (2,351.5 sq m) shown as lot Nos. 38, 39 and 41 on Plan of Survey by Ronald M. Polius Licenced Land Surveyor dated June 24, 2008 and lodged in the Survey Office on November 24, 2008 as Plan GI 5611R and Record Number SM 521/2008.
