3. Condition

The land vested under subsection (2), is subject to the condition that the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority makes adequate provision to satisfy the needs of the Marine Unit of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force of the Ministry of Home Affairs and National Security.
