26. Sanitation

(1) A person shall not—
1. (a) dispose of garbage, papers, refuse or other material on any airport except in the receptacles provided for that purpose;
1. (b) use a sanitary convenience otherwise than in a clean and sanitary manner.

(2) Any person who contravenes subregulation (1) of this regulation commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $200 or to imprisonment for 6 months.
