18. Disclosure
A member of the Board who has any interest in a contract proposed to be made with the Foundation or any matter for discussion by the Board, shall disclose the nature of his or her interest to the Board and shall not participate in any deliberations in respect of that contract or matter and shall, in any case, be disqualified from voting on any decision on that contract or matter.
