(1) A member of the Board, other than the chairperson may resign his or her office by instrument in writing addressed to the chairperson and from the date of the receipt of the instrument the member ceases to be a member of the Board.
(2) The chairperson may at any time resign his or her office by instrument in writing addressed to the Minister and from the date of the receipt of the instrument by the Minister the chairperson ceases to be chairperson.
