45. Functions of the Registrar of the High Court

Without prejudice to the Supreme Court Act, the functions of the Registrar of the High Court includes —

(a) receiving —
1. (i) an initial notice,
1. (ii) an amendment notice,
1. (iii) a cancellation notice;

(b) issuing a registration number for an initial notice;

(c) keeping and maintaining a register of registered notices;

(d) providing access to the public of registered notices.
