51. Removal of information from the Register and archive information

(1) The Registrar of the High Court shall remove information in a registered notice from the Register on the expiry of the period of effectiveness of the registration of a registered notice under section 39.

(2) The Registrar of the High Court shall archive information removed from the Register —
1. (a) for 10 years; and
1. (b) in a manner that enables the information to be retrieved.
