43. Post-registration transfer of an encumbered property

Third-party effectiveness and priority of a security interest in an encumbered property that is made effective against a third party by registration of an initial notice are not affected by a sale of the property after the initial notice is registered to a buyer that acquires rights subject to the security interest.
