36. Description of encumbered property in an initial notice or amendment notice

(1) A person shall describe the encumbered properties in an initial notice, or an amendment notice that amends the description of the encumbered properties or adds new encumbered properties in accordance with section 10.

(2) In the case of a motor vehicle, the description of an encumbered property must include the motor vehicle identification number.
