114. Law applicable to third-party effectiveness of a security interest in certain types of movable property by registration
Where the law of the State in which a grantor is located recognizes a registered notice for achieving effectiveness against a third party of a security interest in a negotiable instrument, document of title, funds credited to a deposit account or certificated non-intermediated security, the law of that State is the law applicable to the third-party effectiveness of the security interest in that negotiable instrument, document of title, the funds credited to a deposit account or that certificated non-intermediated security by registration.
