102. Priority and enforcement as against securities

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing construed in this Act as to the priority, or an enforcement right applicable to a security interest under this Act may be applied to, or enforced against securities held through the Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository Limited licensed under the Securities Act.
