6. Administration, imposition and collection of the levy on goods

(1) Part 2 of the Customs (Control and Management) Act applies for the purposes of the administration of the levy on goods.

(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), the Comptroller of Customs is responsible for the imposition and collection of the levy on goods.
