17. Amendment of Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3

The Minister may, with the approval of Cabinet, by Order published in the Gazette, add to, delete, vary or amend Schedule 1, Schedule 2 or Schedule 3 subject to an affirmative resolution of Parliament.
