(VARIATION OF RATE OF LEVY ON SERVICES) ORDER – SECTION 16(1)

Commencement [28 August 2023]

1. Citation

This Order may be cited as the Health and Citizen Security Levy (Variation of Rate of Levy on Services) Order.

2. Variation of rate of levy on services

From the 2^nd day of August, 2023 to the 1^st day of October, 2023, the rate of levy specified under section 9 of the Health and Citizen Security Levy Act relating to services is varied to 0%.
