2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —
“Board” means the Board of Directors of the Fund under section 9; (Amended by Act 23 of 2019)
“Executive Director” means the Executive Director appointed under section 7(1);
“Fund” means the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund established under section 3;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund.
