9. Construction of references to matters affected by the revision of the laws
Where, in a law or in a document of whatever kind, reference is made to a law amended or otherwise affected by the operation of this Act, the reference shall be construed, where necessary and practicable, as a reference to the revised version published under the provisions of this Act.
