AN ACT to provide for the implementation by the Government of the provisions of the Convention on Offences and certain other Acts committed on board Aircraft, signed at Tokyo on 14 September 1963 and to give effect to certain provisions relating to piracy of the Convention on the High Seas signed at Geneva on the 29 April 1958 and for connected purposes.
