(1) The Agency shall submit to the Minister —
(a) a quarterly report outlining data on the Youth Economy Programme;
(b) subject to subsection (2) and not later than 6 months after the end of each financial year, an annual report on the operations and activities and transactions of the Agency containing —
(i) an account of the performance of activities and operations of the Agency,
(ii) an analysis of the strategic plan during the preceding year.
(2) An annual report under subsection (1)(b) must be accompanied by the auditor's report under section 44(2).
(3) The Minister shall submit the annual report and auditor's report submitted under subsection (1)(b) to be laid in Parliament within 28 days of its receipt by the Minister, or if Parliament is not in session, within 28 days of the next session of Parliament.
