(1) The Agency shall submit to the Minister its estimates of revenue and expenditure in a form the Minister directs.
(2) In accordance with section 78(1)(e) of the Public Finance Management Act, the Agency shall submit estimates of revenue and expenditure for 2 subsequent financial years for the approval of the Minister responsible for finance.
