(1) Part XIII of the Public Finance Management Act, applies to the Agency in relation to finance management.
(2) The revenue of the Agency in a financial year may be applied to the payment of —
(a) interest and other charges on, and the repayment of, a loan payable by the Agency;
(b) remuneration payable under this Act; and
(c) expenses incurred by the Agency in the discharge of its functions under this Act and such expenses must not exceed 20% of the revenue of the Agency without the written permission of the Minister responsible for finance.
