29. Signification of other documents

A document, other than a document required by law to be under seal, which is executed by, and a decision of, the Agency shall be signed by —

(a) the Chairperson or a member of the Board who is authorized in writing by the Chairperson to act on behalf of the Chairperson; and

(b) the Chief Executive Officer.
