10. Burden of proof
This Act does not apply to any pleasure yacht in relation to its use solely for the personal or domestic purposes of the owner, but in any proceedings under this Act, the burden of proof that this Act does not apply to a yacht, shall lie upon the owner, charterer or hirer of that yacht, or upon the master or other person in command or charge of the same.
