(1) The Council shall consist of 11 members appointed as follows—
(a) two persons nominated by the Minister;
(b) two persons nominated by the Archaeological and Historical Society; and
(c) seven members elected by the ordinary members of the Trust.
(2) The management of the Trust between annual general meetings shall be vested in the Council.
