The annual general meeting shall consider the following:
1. The accounts.
2. The Balance Sheet.
3. The Ordinary Reports of the chairperson, Secretary or Auditor.
4. The election of officers and members of the Council.
5. The appointment and fixing of the remuneration of the Auditor.
