19. Members Adjudged Bankrupt
If any member is convicted on indictment of any criminal offence, or adjudged bankrupt or enters into liquidation, or makes a composition or arrangement with his or her creditors he or she shall thereupon cease to be a member of the Trust but the Council may, in its discretion, reinstate that member.
