SAINT LUCIA NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION (URBAN CASTRIES, GROS ISLET, VIEUX FORT AND PRASLIN) VESTING ORDER – SECTION 48(1)

Commencement [28 October 2002]

1.   Citation

This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Urban Castries, Gros Islet, Vieux Fort and Praslin) Vesting Order.

2.   Vesting of land

The lands described in the Schedules, being lands owned by the crown are hereby vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.

Schedule 1

All the pieces or parcels of land being parcels 7 and 9 of Block 0846C and parcels 141, 142 and 143 of Block 0847F together with all appurtenances and dependencies thereof situate at Morne Fortune in the Registration Quarter of Urban Castries and being bounded as follows:

     North     :     by Parcels 0847F 126–128 and 137–138

     South     :     by Parcels 0846C 10 and Frank L. Johnson Avenue

     East     :     by Parcels 0846C 41 and 42, 0847F 138 and 139 and 0846B 556

     West     :     by Parcel 0847F 144 and Frank L. Johnson Avenue

The whole containing 2.28 acres as shown as lots 128–132 on Plan of Survey by G. St. A. Guard, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 25th January, 1965 and lodged in the Survey Office on 11th February, 1965 as Plan Number C 3236 and Record Number 12/65.
