1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (La Ressource – Vieux Fort) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of Lands
The portions of land described in Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 of this Order, being lands owned by the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation, are vested in the Crown.
Schedule 1
All the pieces or parcels of land being Block 1219B Parcel Nos. 492–530 together with all the appurtenances and dependencies thereof situated at La Ressource in the Registration Quarter of Vieux Fort and being bounded as follows:
North : by the La Ressource Main Road and Road Reserve
South : by Block 1219B Parcel No. 552
East : by an existing paved Road
West : by the Derriere Morne Road and Block 1219B Parcel No. 552
The whole containing nineteen thousand seven hundred and sixty point four square metres (19,760.4 sq. m.) or two hundred and twelve thousand six hundred and ninety-nine square feet (212,699 sq.ft.) and shown as Lot Numbers 18, 21, 22, 69–95, 95A, 96, 97, 98A, 98B and 99–102 on Plan of Survey Number VF1903T by Rufinus Baptiste, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated the 13th day of November 2006 and lodged at the Survey Office on the 10th day of June 2008 as Record Number SM631/2006.
Schedule 2
All the pieces or parcel of land being Block 1219B Parcels Nos. 531–537 together with all the appurtenances and dependencies thereof situated at La Ressource in the Registration Quarter of Vieux Fort and being bounded as follows:
North : by Block 1219B Parcel No. 552
South : by an existing 6.1 metre access and Block and Parcel No. 1219B 86
East : by an existing 6.1 metre access and Road Reserve
West : by a footpath and Block 1219B Parcel No. 552
The whole containing two thousand six hundred and thirty-one point nine square metres (2,631.9 sq.m.) or twenty-eight thousand three hundred and thirty square feet (28,330 sq. ft.) and shown as Lot Numbers 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16 and 19 on Plan of Survey Number VF1904K by Rufinus Baptiste, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated the 10th day of September 2004 and lodged at the Survey Office on the 11th day of June 2008 as Record Number SM630/2006.
Schedule 3
All the pieces or parcels of land being Block 1219B Parcels 538–551 together with all the appurtenances and dependencies thereof situated at La Ressource in the Registration Quarter of Vieux Fort and being bounded as follows:
North : by the La Ressource Main Road and a Road Reserve
South : by Block 1219B Parcel No. 552
East : by the La Ressource Main Road and Block 1219B Parcel No. 53
West : by an existing 8.2 and 7.0 metre Road
The whole containing nine thousand and fifty-nine point four square metres (9,059.4 sq. m.) or ninety-seven thousand five hundred and eighteen square feet (97,518 sq.ft.) and shown as Lot Numbers 1–10, 11A and 12–14 on Plan of Survey VF 1905K by Rufinus Baptiste, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated the 30th day of October 2006 and lodged at the Survey Office on the 12th day of June, 2008 as Record Number SM6.
