1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Forestierre) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule being land owned by the Crown is hereby vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.

All that piece or parcel of land being Block and Parcel Number 1245B 164 situated at Forestierre in the Quarter of Castries in the State of Saint Lucia and bounded as follows:
North : by Block and Parcel Number 1245B 165
South : by Block and Parcel Numbers 1245B 140 and 136
East : by Block and Parcel Numbers 1245B 178, 174 and 163 and by the Forestierre main road
West : by Block and Parcel Number 1245B 165 and Block and Parcel Number 1045B 73
The whole comprising five point seven nine (5.79) hectares or fourteen point three zero (14.30) acres and shown on Plan of Survey, Drawing Number C11463R, by Dunstan Joseph, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated 12th November, 2008 and lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor on 27th May, 2009 as Record Number SM 482/2008.
