1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Fond Assau) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 being land owned by the Crown is hereby vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.
Schedule 1
(Section 2)
All that piece or parcel of land being Block and Parcel Number 1447B 397 situated at Fond Assau in the Quarter of Castries in the State of Saint Lucia and bounded as follows:
North : by Block and Parcel Number 1447B 398
South : by Block and Parcel Numbers 1446B 177 and 178, by Block and Parcel Numbers 1447B 445, 446, 491 and 492 and by a main road
East : by Block and Parcel Number 1447B 398
West : by Block and Parcel Number 1447B 398
The whole comprising two point nine five (2.95) hectares or seven point two nine (7.29) acres and shown on Plan of Survey, Drawing Number C11560T, by Paul Boland, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated 28th October, 2008 and lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor on 29th September, 2009 as Record Number SM 337/2009.

All that piece or parcel of land being Block and Parcel Number 1447B 398 situated at Fond Assau in the Quarter of Castries in the State of Saint Lucia and bounded as follows:

South : by Block and Parcel Numbers 1447B 397, 154, 261, 392, by Block and Parcel Number 1446B 149 and a main road
East : by Block and Parcel Numbers 1447B 369, 363, 429, 261, 262, 153 and 142
West : by Block and Parcel Number 1247B 25 and Block and by Parcel Number 1447B 156
The whole comprising fourteen point two nine (14.29) hectares or thirty five point three zero (35.30) acres and shown on Plan of Survey, Drawing Number C11377T, by Johnson A.
