1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Fayole Estate) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of Land
The land described in the Schedule, being land owned by the Crown is vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.
Schedule
All that piece or parcel of land being Block and Parcel No. 1655B 11 together with all appurtenances and dependencies situated at Fayole Estate in the Registration Quarter of Gros Islet and being bounded as follows:
North : by Block and Parcel 1655 B 8
South : by Block and Parcel 1655 B 8
East : by Block and Parcel 1655 B 8
West : by Block and Parcel 1655 B 12
The whole containing fifteen point five six hectares (15.56 ha) or thirty-eight point four six acres (38.46 acs) and shown as Lot No. 4 on Survey Plan by L. D. Martyr, Chief Surveyor, dated the 25th day of February, 1991 and lodged at the Survey Office on the 6th day of March, 1991 as Plan No. GI 2746 T and Record No. 70/91.
