43. Notice of approval of an application for Government guarantee

(1) The Minister shall, after receiving a recommendation for the approval of an application for a Government guarantee, give written notice of the approval to the borrower.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must —
1. (a) be in writing;
1. (b) specify the terms and conditions on which the Government guarantee is issued;
1. (c) be signed by the Minister.
