5. Power of Trustee to acquire property

The Trustees shall have full power to acquire for the Presentation Brothers by purchase, exchange, demise, gift, bequest or otherwise movable or immovable property in Saint Lucia or any estate or interest therein and also any money, securities for money, goods or chattels whatsoever.
