(1) Where he or she is satisfied that it is the case, the Attorney General may give a certificate in such form as he or she determines, certifying all or any of the following facts, namely, that—
(a) a request for assistance under this Act has been made by a country outside Saint Lucia;
(b) the request meets the requirements of this Act; or
(c) the acceptance of the request was duly made under and in accordance with this Act.
(2) In any relevant proceedings a certificate purporting to have been given under subsection (1) shall be received as conclusive proof.
