2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Agency” means the Agency for International Development of the United States of America;
“The Agreement” means the Agreement made between the Government of Saint Lucia and the Agency for International Development of the United States of America relating to the establishment of a feed mill and corn storage facilities;
“drugs” mean all veterinary drugs including patent medicines, antibiotics, sulfonamides, vaccines, vermicides and supplementary iron, and includes related products such as insecticides and disinfectants;
“livestock feed” includes cereal grains, complete mixed feed rations and feed additives such as protein supplements, food concentrates, minerals, salts, vitamins, antibiotic supplements, etc.;
“Minister” means the member of the Cabinet charged with the responsibility for the subject of agriculture.
