19. Reward to witness
If any person gives evidence in any proceedings under this Act whereby any other person is ordered to pay a fine or penalty or sum of money, the Governor General may, if he or she sees fit, direct payment to the person giving such evidence of any sum not exceeding ½ of the amount recovered in respect of such order.
