The following are hereby declared and appointed a Corporation or Body Corporate to have continuance forever and perpetual succession by the name of “Les Fils de Marie Immaculée (Saint Lucia)” and possessed of a Corporate Seal and by that name may sue and be sued in all Courts in this Island—
The Superior of Les Fils de Marie Immaculée of Saint Lucia who for the time being is Rev. Fr. Paul Gouraud and his successor in office. The Assistant of Les Fils de Marie Immaculée, of Saint Lucia (hereinafter referred to as the Assistant who for the time being is Rev. Fr. Charles Grit and his successor in office; and one of the members of the Religious Order (not being a person holding any of the above mentioned offices) who shall be resident in this Island (hereinafter referred to as resident in this Island (hereinafter referred to as the “Procurator”) and whose name and address shall be notified to the Registrar of Companies in the manner provided by the next following section and who for the time being and until the name of some other person is notified and registered shall be Rev. Fr. Bernard Pacteau.
