(1) A respondent may, on being served with an interim protection order and notice of proceedings for a final protection order, file an affidavit with the Court and Director, by the date specified in the notice of proceedings for a final protection order.
(2) An affidavit under subsection (1) must specify—
(a) evidence with respect to the act of domestic violence;
(b) reasons for the Court to set aside an interim protection order;
(c) reasons for not making a final protection order.
