2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Assistant Registrar” means the Assistant Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property appointed as such by the Public Service Commission;
“Deputy Registrar” means the Deputy Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property appointed as such by the Judicial and Legal Services Commission;
“intellectual property” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 2 (viii) of the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation signed at Stockholm on 14 July 1967 as provided in Schedule 1;
“Registrar” means the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property appointed as such by the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
