(1) The Minister may make a written request to the partner, within 21 days of receipt of the application, for further information that is reasonably required to enable a proper consideration of the application.
(2) Where the Minister makes a request for further information under subsection (1), the partnership business shall submit the relevant information in writing within 21 days of the request being made.
(3) Where the partnership business is unable to provide the information requested under subsection (1) within the time period specified under subsection (2), the partnership business may request an extension of time to provide the information.
(4) The Minister may, in a written notice sent to the partnership business, grant an extension of time as specified in the notice.
