49. Approval of a proposal for a partnership agreement

(1) After considering a proposal for a partnership agreement under section 48, the Board may approve the proposal.

(2) Where a proposal is approved under subsection (1), the Agency shall —
1. (a) give to the business, written notice of the approval;
1. (b) make an offer to the business to enter into a partnership agreement.
