47. Evaluation of a proposal for a partnership agreement

On receipt of a proposal for a partnership agreement under section 46, the Agency —

(a) shall evaluate the proposal;

(b) if the proposal satisfies the requirements under section 46, shall submit the proposal and the supporting documents to the Board for consideration.
