28. Withdrawal of care application

(1) The Director may, with the leave of the Court, make an application for leave to withdraw a care application.

(2) An application for leave to withdraw a care application under subsection (1) must be accompanied by —
1. (a) a statement that indicates how the issues that led to the making of the application have been resolved; or
1. (b) a care plan.
