(1) It is lawful for the Corporation to appoint such officers and servants, as the Corporation may consider proper, for the purposes of the Cemetery.
(2) Every such officer or servant shall hold office during the pleasure of the Corporation.
(3) Every such officer or servant shall receive such salary or remuneration and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Corporation.
